Welcome to 77up. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern the relationship between 77up ("we", "us", "the Platform", "the Operator") and any individual ("you", "the User", "the Player") who accesses, registers on, or uses the services available at https://77up.vu and any associated mobile interfaces, subdomains, or application interfaces operated under the 77up brand.

By accessing the 77up platform, creating an account, or placing a bet or wager of any kind through our services, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand their content, and that you agree to be bound by them. These Terms apply to all users of the platform, including visitors, registered players, and any person using 77up services on behalf of another individual.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and 77up. Where any inconsistency exists between these documents, the Terms & Conditions shall take precedence unless expressly stated otherwise.

The 77up platform offers online sports betting (including cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports), live casino games, slots, Teen Patti, and related gaming and entertainment services to eligible users based in Bangladesh. All services are provided for entertainment purposes and involve real-money wagering where expressly indicated.

To register an account and use the 77up platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is a strict minimum age requirement. Individuals below the age of 21 are not permitted to register, deposit, wager, or participate in any services offered by 77up under any circumstances.
• You are registering and playing on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which participation in online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the 77up platform or had your account permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms.

• You possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding contractual agreement under the laws applicable to you.

77up reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity at any stage of the registration process or during the lifecycle of your account. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by the support team may result in suspension of account access and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

If it is discovered at any point that a registered account holder does not meet the minimum age requirement of 21 years, the account will be immediately suspended and permanently closed. Any funds deposited will be returned to the original payment source after deducting any winnings generated during the period of underage use. 77up takes its age verification obligations seriously and employs automated and manual checks to enforce compliance.

To access real-money services on 77up, you are required to create a registered account. Each individual is permitted to hold one account only. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile phone number, and preferred payment method. You are responsible for ensuring that this information remains up to date. Any changes to your personal details must be reported to the 77up support team promptly.

Account security is your responsibility. You must:

• Choose a strong, unique password that is not used on any other online service.
• Never share your username, password, or OTP codes with any third party, including individuals claiming to be 77up staff. Genuine 77up support agents will never ask for your password.
• Log out of your account when using shared or public devices.
• Notify 77up support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

77up will not be held liable for any losses, including financial losses, resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access occurred as a result of your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

Identity verification (KYC): 77up may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing your first withdrawal or at any point during your account lifecycle at the Operator's discretion. KYC documents typically include a government-issued photo ID (National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence) and proof of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of bKash or Nagad account registered in your name). Accounts that fail to pass KYC verification will have withdrawal requests suspended until verification is successfully completed.

Deposits: 77up accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) via the following approved payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits are credited to your 77up wallet upon confirmation of the transaction by the relevant payment provider, typically within 30 seconds for mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay).

Deposited funds must be used for wagering on the 77up platform. 77up does not accept deposits made for the purpose of currency exchange, fund storage, or any purpose other than genuine participation in the games and betting markets available on the platform.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳100. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the player's most recent deposit wherever technically possible. 77up aims to process bKash and Nagad withdrawal requests within 15 minutes of approval around the clock, including weekends and public holidays. Processing times for bank card withdrawals may be longer depending on the issuing bank.

77up reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks, including the verification of source of funds, prior to processing any withdrawal that is deemed to be of an unusually large amount or that triggers an automated risk alert. Players subject to such checks will be notified by the support team and asked to provide supporting documentation.

Withdrawals will not be processed to any payment account that is not registered in the same name as the 77up account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Any withdrawal request where the destination account name does not match the verified account name on file will be rejected and the player's account flagged for review.

Currency: All balances, bets, winnings, and transactions on the 77up platform are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). There are no currency conversion fees applied by 77up. Any conversion fees applied by your payment provider are outside 77up's control and are the player's responsibility.

All bets placed on the 77up platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the market and sport or game in question. General betting rules applicable across all markets are as follows:

• A bet is confirmed and binding upon receipt of a confirmation message from the platform. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after confirmation unless the specific market rules expressly permit cancellation.
• Minimum bet size varies by market and is displayed in the betting interface at the time of placement. Maximum bet limits per market are set by the 77up trading desk and may be adjusted at any time without prior notice.
• In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, settled bets will be voided and stakes returned to the player's wallet in accordance with the applicable sport-specific rules. Bets on markets that have already been determined at the time of abandonment will stand.
• 77up reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published in error due to a technical malfunction, data feed failure, or human error. Players will be notified of such voids and stakes will be returned.
• Cricket outright markets — including tournament winner, top run-scorer, top wicket-taker, and group stage qualification — are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, BCCI, or equivalent). Live ball-by-ball markets are settled based on real-time data feeds and the confirmed official scorecard.
• Football betting markets are settled based on the result at the end of 90 minutes of regulation play including added time, unless explicitly stated otherwise (e.g., "including extra time and penalties").

77up employs automated and manual monitoring of betting patterns to detect suspicious activity, including match-fixing, insider betting, and coordinated wagering designed to exploit pricing errors. Any account identified as participating in such activity will be suspended pending investigation, and affected winnings may be withheld.

77up offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside the individual promotion, including wagering requirements, minimum odds conditions, validity periods, and eligible games or markets. Where any conflict exists between these general Terms and the terms of a specific promotion, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion.

General bonus rules applicable to all 77up promotions:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "rollover requirement") before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier is stated on each promotion page.
• Validity: Bonus funds that are not used within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from your wallet automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
• One bonus per player: Unless expressly stated otherwise, each promotion is limited to one participation per player, per household, per device, and per payment account.
• Abuse and exploitation: 77up reserves the right to refuse, withhold, or reclaim any bonus where there is evidence that the promotion has been claimed in bad faith, through the use of multiple accounts, through coordinated low-risk wagering strategies designed to clear rollover requirements without genuine risk, or through any other method that the Operator determines to be exploitative.
• Right to amend: 77up reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonus funds already credited to a player's wallet prior to the change.

Welcome bonuses are available to first-time depositing players only. Existing players who create a new account to claim a welcome bonus will have both accounts closed and all associated bonuses forfeited.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 77up platform. Any account found to have engaged in any of the following will be subject to immediate suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Multiple accounts: Creating more than one account for the same individual for any purpose, including the exploitation of welcome bonuses or avoidance of account restrictions.
• Money laundering: Using the 77up platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity, or to otherwise obscure the origin of funds. 77up is committed to anti-money laundering (AML) compliance and will report suspicious activity to appropriate authorities.
• Fraud and chargebacks: Initiating chargebacks, payment disputes, or fraudulent reversal requests against deposits that have been genuinely credited to your account and used for wagering. Any player who initiates a chargeback will have their account immediately suspended and the disputed amount will be pursued through available legal channels.
• Automated betting software: Using bots, scripts, automated betting systems, artificial intelligence tools, or any software designed to place bets, make decisions, or interact with the platform without direct manual input from the registered account holder.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players, whether in live casino, poker, or any other game format, to share information, coordinate betting strategies, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage over the house or other players.

Gambling is intended to be an enjoyable form of entertainment. If gambling ceases to be enjoyable or begins to cause financial, emotional, or social harm, we encourage players to use the tools available in their account dashboard and to seek support.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered 77up account holders:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits directly from your account settings. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a cooling-off period when increased.
• Session time reminders: Configure in-session reminders that alert you to how long you have been active on the platform.
• Loss limits: Set a maximum loss threshold per session, per day, per week, or per month.
• Cooling-off periods: Take a short break from the platform by activating a temporary cooling-off period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or a custom duration.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the 77up platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed by the support team within 24 hours and once activated cannot be reversed for a minimum of 6 months.

The 77up platform is strictly restricted to individuals aged 21 and above. We enforce this requirement at registration and at withdrawal stage. All content on the 77up platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software, and the overall design and layout of the platform, is the property of 77up or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 77up platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any part of the 77up platform or its content without express written authorisation from the Operator.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform's software or technology stack.
• Use the 77up brand name, logo, or any associated trademarks in any commercial context, in social media profiles, or as part of any affiliate marketing campaign without a written agreement with the Operator.
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the platform using automated tools for any purpose other than standard personal use via a web browser.

Any unauthorised use of the 77up intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal action. The 77up name, logo, and all associated brand assets are proprietary to the Operator.

77up collects, processes, stores, and uses your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

77up employs industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption across the entire platform to protect data in transit. Account passwords are stored using one-way hashing algorithms and are never accessible to 77up staff in plain text.

77up will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. • Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in live odds, game results, or market data that arise from third-party data feed failures, provided that 77up takes reasonable steps to correct such errors upon discovery.
• Any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access was facilitated by your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit 77up's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available". 77up makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You are responsible for ensuring that your device and network connection are suitable for accessing the platform.

Termination by the player: You may request the closure of your 77up account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be processed as a withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending KYC verification.

Termination by 77up: 77up reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Engagement in any prohibited conduct as described in Section 7 of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by the support team.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from your payment provider.
• Identification of the account holder as a person below the age of 21.

In cases where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, 77up reserves the right to forfeit all or part of the account balance, including real-money funds, where such forfeiture is proportionate to the nature and severity of the breach. Players who believe their account has been closed in error may contact the support team to lodge a formal dispute.

77up reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The "Effective Date" displayed at the top of this document will be updated to reflect the date on which the most recent revision was published.

Where amendments are material in nature — meaning they significantly affect player rights, withdrawal conditions, bonus terms, or account eligibility requirements — 77up will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice to registered account holders via the contact details on file. Such notice may be delivered by email, by an in-platform notification, or by a prominently placed notice on the website.

Your continued use of the 77up platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended provision, you must stop using the platform and request account closure in accordance with Section 12 of these Terms.

These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with principles of fairness and the general commercial law framework applicable to the jurisdiction in which the platform operates. 77up does not make any specific claim as to regulatory approval or licensing by any Bangladeshi government body and operates as an international entertainment platform.

Dispute resolution process: In the event of a dispute between you and 77up regarding a bet settlement, a bonus outcome, a withdrawal, or any other matter relating to your account, the following process applies:
